Augentagesklinik Spreebogen

Had a general check-up with Dr. Fischinger as I supposedly (last doctor diagnosed) have a scar in my right eye and my vision seemed not great neither. Addionally it is to say that I was quiet nervous before the appointment. Dr. Fischinger and all his staff were absolutely great and with their pleasant and friendly manner could reduce my anxiety before the actual “procedure”. During the check-up he explained everything in detail upfront and I was always feeling “save”. (Additionally there is no scar and my eye sight is better than expected). All adminstrative steps were intuitive and explained upfront where necessary. All in all a wonderful experience!

I called this clinic to take an appointment after my prescription from the General Doctor, and I chose them because I saw that, a part being really good, both on the website and the app they say they speak english among other languages, so then I called and the person answering was a woman really rude and unfriendly, speaking to me just in german and being REALLY unpolite. If your work is attending potential clients with an actual need of an appointment, why are you being so rude??? I also ask to speak maybe with another colleague that might know the basic english needed to book an appointment but again really rude answers. Is totally fine if is a place or a person that doesn’t speak english, but at least, try to be polite for god sakes!!
Will never call again, I don’t care how good is the clinic!
