If you don’t have hours of time to throw away, try another Augenarzt!!! I hate that I ignored the bad comment before about the waiting time and wasted almost two hours there. What is the point to have a 9:30 appointment if I have to sit there and wait unitl after 11:00 and then have the front desk to tell me that there are still other patients waiting before me???? RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I had tests on my cornea done today (the doctors recommended it in late 2022 during an initial check up). My appointment lasted 1 hr 40 min – this is unacceptable and largely due to a lack of both (1) organization and (2) attention to the patient experience. I had to change floors multiple times because their IT systems aren’t connected on the different floors and I couldn’t pay on the floor I was on hence I had to go back up to pay from floor 0 to floor 3 (is this 1990?), One of my tests was a duplicate from my tests in late 2022 which I mentioned but they still continued doing it without reason, and during another test – I had to look for the lady conducting it (she let the machine run and left without staying nearby) each time one of my eyes was done. The reception is frosty and doesn’t take to constructive feedback (I was much more polite than in this review), I am still giving this place stars only because the doctors seem competent. If the owner of this place is reading this: Please organize yourselves better, update your IT and respect the time of the folks that come for appointments. (Note: when coming here in 2022, I too had to face a long wait time, and a frosty reception so my experience is not a one off)

I had LASIK surgery at this Eye Center and the experience was overall pretty good. The surgery went great, the surgeon was very nice and did an awesome job, and my vision now is as expected/promised. The staff was also very friendly and competent. Overall there were a couple issues during the process but nothing truly significant.
