Great environment, terrible services; don’t be fooled!

Dr. Raquel Socías is their “face” who seems to be an excellent professional. But it’s no guarantee that she’d do your operation. Despite the promise that she’d do my procedure, it was done by another doctor, who was simply too crude and inconsiderate.

I was made to wait for eight hours on the operation day because of some technical problem with their machine. (I wonder why they only have one machine at their operation hub in Frankfurt!?)

As I complained, I was promised that they’e cover my overnight stay cost in Frankfurt. Despite much effort to get a document and a bill from the place where I stayed (a hospital), they simply didn’t pay a penny back. Marta Diaz-Leante, their manager, instead treated me like a beggar afterwards!

I’m also not satisfied with my vision. It’s too blurry and changes much after 5 months of the procedure when it should’ve been stabilised.

The process with Care Vision has been extremely smooth and efficient. I had a first phone call on a Friday. That same day they were able to schedule my first check-up to determine whether I was a good candidate for Lasik. I was, so the following Friday I was scheduled for my surgery. I was operated on Friday afternoon, and had my check-up next Saturday. Already after day 1 I could see significantly better and could do all without glasses. Furthermore, the entire team has been always easy to reach in case of questions, and the information given is always transparent and in a friendly manner. The information given is always very clear and transparent, and the explanation regarding procedure, recovery and complications is given in an easy to understand manner. To anyone looking for a trusted partner in eye care, I can fully recommend Care Vision.
