Thanks god I didn’t feel connected and comfortable before I even saw the doctor and came here (the reviews) and read more than one comments saying LASIK isn’t perfect. Because it’s not.
I was told on the phone that “the doctor (for examination) has time at 11:40” “please arrive earlier”. I arrived at 11:25, only spent one hour reading and filling out information including my name and birthday, whether I wear context lens or not. I already spent time answering those questions beforehand on the 1-on-1 consultation already. When I’m told “the doctor has time at 11:40. I expect to see her/him at 11:40, as opposed to being buried in redundant paper works. LOOK, I’d not make such complaint, if I were visiting my public-instance-covered GP.
As a great scientist who has zero patience for redundant structure, I left without wanting to proceed. One hour wasted but 3000€ saved! 5 stars taken away for not having the pdf sent to me beforehand to read. 3 stars awarded for the relief of not having done this!
