Personal war nett, Wartezeit war sehr lang (4Std.) Beratung war nur auf eigenen Profit aus, meiner Mutter wurde zu einer Op mit teurer Linse geraten. Bei zweiter Meinung stellte sich heraus, das OP noch gar nicht notwendig ist.

Treue Patient fast über 20 Jahre und trotzdem, wenn es um ein Termin Anfrage geht.
Muss ich bis zu 1 und halbmonat warten.
Nicht zu vergessen die warten Zeiten im Saal .

Took me 3 visits for them to actually send me to Uniklinik because I didn’t just have a dry eye syndrome, but actually a nerve inflammation that was a symptom of a much worse problem (I ended up in a hospital for a week).

During the 2d visit the receptionist got annoyed at me saying I was wasting their time because the doctor wrote I just needed to use water drops (she actually asked me how often I was using them. She didn’t give me a Krankmeldung because she is “not a doctor”, but asking me about the treatment and judging if I was doing things correctly was somehow alright). I then waited for 2 hours before I had to leave for another appointment (that’s on me). Next day, on the 3d visit, that same lady was still giving me attitude, but still let me through (thanks, I guess).
